4. How long we keep data

For as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if we work together, for the duration of the cooperation and the period required by law (e.g. tax law) or until possible claims become time-barred.

5. Recipients

Data may only be shared with providers who help us run the website and email — hosting and email providers — under data processing agreements. We do not sell data or share it with other companies for marketing.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

7. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server, without third-party services.

Property presentations (e.g. www.vizus3d.com/sz37) may display Google Maps — in that case Google’s privacy policy also applies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy, e.g. when the way the website works changes. The current version is always available on this page.
