The film shows the property in motion: the building and the area from above, then the interiors. Short on-screen captions guide the viewer through the key features.
On a drone shot we mark exactly where the property is — as in the Żeromskiego 37 film (“It’s here”).
The photos go into a gallery inside the presentation. Clients browse them one by one — no file downloads, no scrolling through a long listing.
The tour is made of 360° panoramas taken in the rooms and linked by transition points. Clients move from room to room on their own and look around — they understand the layout before the first viewing.
The diagram shows example panorama points on a floor plan. The tour itself is best tried live.
The 2D plan clearly shows the rooms and the floor area of each — the dimensions come from measurements taken on site. The 3D plan shows the layout and proportions of the interior from above.
A visualisation shows how the interior could look after staging or renovation — before any work is done. It is especially useful for flats to renovate and empty rooms.
The current state and the visualisation are always clearly labelled.
