The film starts with shots from above — the building, the area, distances — and then moves to the interiors. Short on-screen captions highlight the property’s key features.
On a drone shot we can mark the flat, as we did for Kochanowskiego 59 — buyers see straight away which windows are theirs.
The whole house, garden and surroundings in one shot.
The building, courtyard, parking and the nearest area from above.
The sea, a park or the city centre nearby — visible at once.
Large areas and investment sites in a wider view.
The film is one of the presentation’s elements — the client starts it from the menu and then moves on to the 360° tour, gallery, plan or map. See how it works in the presentation of the flat at 37 Żeromskiego St, Gdynia.
